Where’s Blake?

Hello, Blake Makers. It’s been a while since my last post, and I’m sorry about that. Rest assured, however, that I’m not sitting on my duff. I told you I had some ideas, and I meant it. We’re just about there, but the suspense is killing me.

  6. Ah…………….now piping chocolate by hand is an art and a very worthy one at that. I know first hand the pleasure it must have given you, since I was taught that and many other confectionary procedures when overseeing sales and marketing for a regional bellwether confectioner.
