		<description>I love love love tofu!  Was raised on the stuff :)  My favorite way to make it is sear it in a pan with a little olive or canola oil.  Then add some tamari, red chili flakes, maple syrup to the pan to deglaze.  Then, serve over some brown rice with green peas.  Yummy!
