There’s really not a lot to say about tofu, really. It’s pretty basic stuff. Ages-old and chock full of protein. I wouldn’t call it a staple of our diet, but we have been eating a lot of miso soup for breakers. Tofu makes a cameo in each and every bowl.

Love the ‘fu. I sometimes use firm tofu as the protein in my fried rice recipe (yup, it’s on the site).
I love love love tofu! Was raised on the stuff
My favorite way to make it is sear it in a pan with a little olive or canola oil. Then add some tamari, red chili flakes, maple syrup to the pan to deglaze. Then, serve over some brown rice with green peas. Yummy!

Hey, I haven’t read your blog in awhile… I changed to a vegetarian diet and found most of my reads a bit meat-centric.
Not anymore! I am glad that you are including a lot of vegetarian themes on your blog now
I have bookmarked it again and plan to visit more frequently!
