Don’t ya just love alliterations? This will be a short post, because these shrimp are so simple.
Skewer them and generously coat them in Chinese chili garlic sauce (the prepared kind you get in the grocery store).
Throw them on your grill (outdoor or Foreman), and minutes later you’re eating.
They were spicy and sweet, and we ate them with grilled vegetables right off the grill.

This looks great! I don’t have chili garlic sauce, but quite often use sweet chili sauce. It’s also great with green beans.
That shrimp looks delicious. It reminds me of a very similar shrimp dish I make with Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce.
Chili garlic sauce is one of our favorites. We use it to make our Thai pickles. I thought that I was busy! Do you ever sleep! Keep up the great work!

I love alliterations too! Will definatley have to try this recipe. It’s too simple to pass up and I have that chili sauce in my cabinet ready to use.
Go year of the Rooster!
I just discovered this chili sauce (yeah, I know, late to the party!) and I can’t wait to give this a try. Great idea!
Blake, survive the storm? All okay?
BTW, do you do your own photography for the blog?
