Thanks all! You seriously rock. It is good to know I’m not the only one who is seriously hung up on chocolate. The Amano was wonderful and though I liked the Special Edition, my favorite was the Ocumare. It was all fabulous though and I can’t wait to get my hands on more. I’m actually hoping to go “tour” their shop and see how it is done some time this summer since they aren’t very far away. More chocolatey goodness to come!

Love the tart! I’ve been making one like this for a few years- it’s always a hit at parties! I agree there must always be chocolate in the kitchen! As for Casablanca:
