There is a ‘micro bakery’ close to where I live. It was set up to give people who have had a mental illness a job. It’s success though is down not to any charitable intentions but because its product is the best in the area.

This was so delicious, and very homey! I loved the flavor, which was very rich. The crust was perfection, even after shipping. I loved the granular texture to the crust.
