UPDATE: Got any ideas for how I can give all you Sooper Heroes more exposure? Let’s all think about it and comment your ideas on this post. Remember, there are no bad (dumb) ideas. You never know when one thing may lead to another. Doing something like this may be a good place to start.

Hello everyone! It’s Friday which for many of you means you’re just a couple of days from getting your PBDDL in the mail! As you know, it’s been an exciting week on Blake Makes, and we’ve gotten a lot of new readers. I suspect this is a trend, so every Friday I’m going to try to holla back and say hello to all our new Sooper Heroes.

  • The good thing about buses is that they usually have routes, and those routes almost always make a circle. The PBDDL bus will be making another stop again, soon. Stay tuned for PBDDL Round 3. bk

  • It’s surprisingly exciting to see my name up there. :) Also, I just realized I comment with a different email than the email I used when I signed up! Oops…that’s what I get for having so many different email addresses…

    Oh, and ideas…uh…I don’t have any yet. But I’ll keep thinking!

    Nice idea about the delightful blog site. I’ll going to sign up. I’m still researching things I can do to publicize, but I have a feeling that my little Southern La. cooking blog won’t appeal to that many people.

    I’ll be adding a link to blakemakes. You’ll probably get hit up for PBDDL by all 20 of my regular visitors. LOL! :)

  • Got mine on Saturday! Tasted it and just loved it. Just the right mix of salt, caramely goodness, and peanuts! I thought I’d get one jar, but was jazzed to get two!

    I made a dessert with the PBDDL last night. I’ll be posting it on blog this evening. My next dish will be more on the savory side, I think.

  • Blake, I am pretty sure I made it in time for the sign up. It has been ten days since you sent them. In your opinion, do I need to complain to my P.O. or should I give it a few more days?

  • Hi Blair,

    I’m not sure what’s exactly going on. Only about half the people have received them, so you’re certainly not alone. I suspect it may have something to do with the small postal shop I used to send them. Next time, I will go directly through the post office.

    Let’s give it next week, and if still no dulce, then we’ll make some decisions (and I’ll FedEx you some immediately).

    So sorry for the delay. bk
