  • Hey Blake… love your site been visiting for a while now and you love for food and typical weekend reminds me of myself so much. Let me know if you are still interested in having some posts written for your new SIPS site. The site is looking great - keep up the good work.   • It’s going to be huge! Just made this:

    Lime & Ginger Simple Syrup

    1 cup fresh key lime juice
    1 cup white or raw cane sugar
    1 cup thinly sliced ginger
    Bring to a boil
    Let ingredients meld or steep for about 15 to 30 min.
    Place in blender
    Strain
